John Lanham, Director – EV Pre-Design and Construction Services
John joins SEAM Group from Ford Motor Company, where he served as the Head of Utility Partnerships and Incentives. In this role, he was responsible for strategizing and creating processes to build meaningful relationships with utilities in North America and Europe. He also supported Ford’s design, engineering, and construction teams on effective ways to work nationwide.
For SEAM Group, he will be responsible for efficient site planning for EV infrastructure layouts, utility coordination, and support. He will also build a team of regional managers to help lead EV project development.
Daniel Lassalle, Director – EV Design and Engineering Services
Daniel previously served as Sr. Project Manager at Core States Group, where he led the complete project lifecycle and client relations for various lighting, power, and signal initiatives for facilities with EV, battery energy storage, and peak shaving linear generators.
For SEAM Group, he will lead engineering support for EV specialty projects such as battery storage, upgrades, and other campaigns. He is our subject matter expert (SME) on EV design and engineering, partnering with customers, partner firms, and other key stakeholders.
Noe Castro, Director – EV Services and Operations
Noe joins SEAM Group from ABB as the Application Engineering and Service Team Manager. In this role, he executed the commissioning of Electrify America’s first ultra-fast 350kW stations in California. He traveled with the sales team for knowledge-sharing of EV101 topics and to discuss plans for charging station implementation.
For SEAM Group, he will lead a cross-functional team providing commissioning services, preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS), and emergency response services to EV customers nationwide.
Amy Soderquist, Director – Sales, EV Operations
Amy has accrued a dynamic background in EV sales, most recently serving as the Business Development Manager for Southwire Companies, EV Infrastructure and Fleet. In this role, Amy was responsible for leveraging industry relationships, leading efforts to develop EV fleet conversations, and working with EVSE manufacturers and Southwire Application Engineers to develop custom EV Charging cables for DC fast-charging stations.
For SEAM Group, she will lead EV sales and new business development efforts in partnership with customers across various industries. She will also deliver consultative support to partners to advance our strategic advisory offerings.
